Happy Birthday to my daughter!

My lovely daughter is 32 years old today! You would think she is half that age looking at her. She had her purse confiscated when we went to a shop because she looks like a teen! (All teens at this shop cannot carry around a purse because of high theft.) Our family genes tend to give us a youthful appearance without any outside help. (grin)

I was very lucky parent with her. Oh yes, she was ornery and did a few things that were "naughty", but nothing serious. She could be messy, but nothing that warranted getting a flame-thrower to clean up the mess. She appreciates humor, something that seems to be getting rare these days.

My daughter is as beautiful inside as she is outside.

I never thought about being a parent, let alone a grandparent. Our oldest grandson is 10 and the youngest boy is almost 8 months old. Both are handsome boys, agreed by all who see them, not just a rather biased Nana. The oldest one is much into sports and video gaming, yet academically advanced too. The youngest is mastering crawling and demanding... everything. (laughing)

Thank you, dear daughter. My life has been much more richer because of you. I am very proud of you. I love you more than life itself.

I am a bit ecclectic. This blog is whimsical musings about my various interests and sharing things I am learning. If anything, it will be a good sleeping pill, no?
